A proven and complete lighting controls solution that adapts to people and their environment.
1. Each fixture is connected to the building’s electrical power supply.
2. Using standard network cable, fixtures are connected together to create a lighting network.
3. The lighting network is connected to an Ergolight Master Control Unit (MCU). USB cable connects the MCU to a computer installed with Ergolight Interface software. The MCU supports up to 800 fixtures on a single line, offering flexibility and scalability for growth.
4. Every fixture is pre-assigned a permanent, serial identification number to facilitate rapid commissioning.
5. Users (including the Ergolight Manager), send lighting commands to the Interface computer over the existing office computer network.
6. The Ergolight Interface computer then sends commands to appropriate fixtures.
7. Ergolight Controls software is never installed on the office network server. Lights function even if the server is down.
