Inside Sales / Quotations: Pre-order experts
During the pre-order phase of a project, our Inside Sales and Quotations Group works with Ledalite sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers to answer product-specific inquiries and offer general technical guidance.
- Provide technical expertise on Ledalite products
- Offer insight on payback and competitive analysis
- Perform lighting calculations
Project Coordination: Proof in details and delivery
Once an order has been placed, our Project Coordination Group focuses on order accuracy, on-time delivery and meeting site-specific requirements. To ensure these goals are met, coordinators work with teams from Ledalite and your project to review every order in detail and facilitate a range of requirements, including:
- Creating layout drawings for record and approval
- Coordinating shipping requirements
- Expediting order delivery when required
- Assisting contractors with site requirements
- Facilitating service and warranty claims
