Modules + Runs
Available in 4, 8 and 12ft* modules. Module lengths do not include endcaps.
Different modules can be joined together to create continuous runs of various lengths. The following table shows how to configure typical runs using different modules.
*Note: 12ft modules not available in Direct-Indirect distributions.

Endcaps
Sona offers die-cast sculptured endcaps as standard. If preferred, designers can specify flat endcaps at no additional charge.
Mounting + Ceiling Types
Sona integrates with most common T-bar and non-accessible ceiling types. Mounting is also available for open joist ceilings. See Mounting Options
Sling Mounts
Fixture uses 1/16” sling-mounted aircraft cable for horizontal leveling.
Power Feeds + Electrical Connections
Luminaires are factory pre-wired with quick-wire connectors. Power cords are available in a range of styles. See Power Feeds + Electrical Connections

Specifications
Housing
20 gauge die-formed cold-rolled steel.
Optical System
Semi-Indirect: Constructed of 96% reflective white steel to produce a Semi-Indirect distribution. Perforated housing available in round or slot perforation patterns.
Direct/Indirect: Constructed of 96% reflective white steel and specular aluminum to produce a Direct/Indirect distribution. Semi-specular louvers are aluminum and spaced 1-7/16” apart. White baffles are plastic and spaced 1-5/16” apart. Standard distribution is 70% up and 30% down. Field-installable Variable Optics options are available to provide additional downlight as required.
High performance versions use additional highly specular aluminum reflectors.
Endcaps
Available with either die-cast sculptured endcaps (standard) or flat die-cast endcaps (option).
Joints
Self-aligning joining system with hands-free pre-joining wire access.
Mounting
Fixture uses 1/16” stainless steel sling-mounted aircraft cable for horizontal leveling. Aircraft cable gripper provides continuous vertical adjustment capability. Aircraft cable, crimp and cable gripper are independently tested to meet stringent safety requirements.
Electrical
All luminaires shall be factory pre-wired to section ends with quick-wire connectors.

Finish
High-quality powder coat, factory applied to meet AAMA 2603-98. Available in Ledalite Standard White (textured matte finish), and a selection of other standard and custom colors. Consult factory for details.
